Understanding eco-labels

Eco-labels identify environmentally-friendly products and services. Eco-label criteria guarantee that a given product or service is fit for use, and that it will have a reduced environmental impact throughout its life cycle. Two eco-labels are delivered in France: the "NF Environnement" mark for the French market and the EU Eco-label for the European Union Market.
